Delete your account

Here’s how to delete your WhosIn account and what happens to your data when you do. Deleting your account is permanent, so it can’t be undone.

Delete it from the app

1. Open WhosIn and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

We remove your account and personal data from our servers right away.

Can’t sign in?

If you can’t get into the app, email us at support@whosin.gg from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and finish the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your login and profile, including your name, email, photo, bio, positions, and skill ratings
• Your group memberships, check-ins, and team slots
• The payment records tied to you and your uploaded profile photo
• Your push notification token

What we keep

If you own any groups, we hand them to another member so the group keeps running. If you’re the only one left, the group is deleted along with your account.

A few things you created stay in the group’s history, like past games, supply lists, and invites. We keep those so the group still makes sense, but we take your name off them so they’re no longer linked to you.

Just want to remove some info?

You don’t have to delete your whole account. If you only want to clean up your data, you can edit or clear your profile, remove your photo, and leave groups any time in the app. That takes care of the data without closing your account.
