Terms of Service

1. What WhosIn is

WhosIn is a coordination tool for pickup and recreational sports. It helps organizers create groups, schedule games, collect check-ins, build teams, and share information with members.

WhosIn does not organize, host, run, supervise, coach, or referee games. Organizers and players act independently of WhosIn.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use WhosIn. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use WhosIn only with consent from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.

3. Assumption of risk

Sports and physical activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, or death. By using WhosIn to find, join, organize, or attend a game, you participate entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for assessing your own fitness, the suitability of a game or venue, and the people you choose to interact with.

4. Interactions and conduct

You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. WhosIn does not conduct background checks or verify user identity, conduct, skill, or safety.

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
• Do not misrepresent a game, venue, group, or yourself.
• Do not use WhosIn for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

5. Payments

WhosIn does not process payments and does not handle, hold, or transfer money. Any cost to play is arranged and paid directly between users.

Payment tracking in WhosIn is only a convenience for organizers to record payment status.

6. Content and third-party services

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant WhosIn permission to host, store, display, and use it as needed to operate the service.

WhosIn may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email, maps, geocoding, weather, and push notifications.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that schedules, locations, weather, attendance, or other information will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhosIn and its operators are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or payment issues arising from your use of the service or participation in any game.
